Some pictures of my two youngest cuties!
SD4U kit sneak peek!
I think these are both gorgeous. I get to play with the Bella Blvd kit this month.
We have a couple summer birthday girls and this will be perfect. Plus I all loving anything with cupcakes lately!
My favorite holiday is Christmas but my sescond favorite is the 4th of July. I think this will be perfect for those family pictures we take every year.

So how was your weekend?
We had a nice time. Ran errands. Yard work at home. grilled in the backyard. I have some tomatoes almost redy to pick. We have had a couple of grape ones rippen early and they were yummy!
I have been finding a little time here and there to play in my scrap room.
I have been so linear lately. I decided to try for a more artsy look :)
supplies: cardstock: Coredinations, patterned paper: American Crafts, Stamps: Technique Tuesday, punches: Martha Stewart: Fiskars Die cut machine: Big Shot, Die: Stampin' Up by Sixxiz.
This is another layout from the June SD4U kit. Such lovely paper.
I don't think I have ever done paper piecing. So I gave it a try. I have been buying (and eating) a ton of watermelon. A family favorite.

Finally Friday!
This week has seemed to stretch on and on. I am not sure why.
I love Kristina Werner's Blog. She posts great videos of her mad card making skills. Also, a couple times a month she will post a color challenge. I took a minute (or 10) last night to complete her color challenge for this week.
Very simple card.
supplies:
cardstock: Core'dinations stamps, ink and flowers: Stampin' Up brads: Making Memories and Heidi Swapp Texture plate Sizzix for Stampin' Up Big Shot

Monday Monday...
I know lots of people hate Monday's. But I don't. Don't get me wrong, I love having hubby home on weekends. But I am a routine kind of gal. No routine on weekends means I am happy to get back to order on Monday's. We had a great weekend. Ran errands on Sat and relaxed at home all Sunday. No church because we are sick again. We have been sick for 3 weeks out of every month for the past 7 months. Crazy! We have never been sick this often. Any clue as to why? Any tips on boosting our immune system? Please share. We are sick of being sick.
Today I played around with some felt that I ordered. I have to say, I don't know what I would do without internet shopping. Fun quality fabrics and wool felt are in short supply here in MS :)
Here is what I made today:
I made a pin that matches this for my older daughter. I just need the pin backing to finish it. So glad that a Michaels finally opened nearby.
I also made this card for a contest at Hero Arts:
supplies use:
cardstock: Core'dination (leapfrog, grape gusto, coconut cream, cream -n- sugar)
patterned paper: Basic Grey (Wisteria)
die: Quickutz (nesting flowers, leaves)
stamp: Hero Art ( all Occasion)
ink: Stampin' Up (eggplant envy)

May 3SB card
I am playing with the Glitz Designs kit this month. I have to admit that it is not myusual style for scrapping. But I LOVE all the projects I have done with it. I can only share a card right now, the rest will be in the newsltter that comes out the first week or so of June.
I ran the front half of the card through my bigshot using my swiss dot cuttlebug. The stamp is from Hero Arts.
