sewing like a madwoman

Spring is in the air here in the south. So I have been sewing pretty little skirts for my 2 year old for the coming warm weather. Here are two I have recently finished.

This one uses a PDF pattern by Ginger Louise

and this one uses a pattern from the book Little Girls Big Style

I recommend the pattern. It was super easy to follow. No pattern pieces, just measure and rip and sew :) It only took about an hour.

I love this book and highly recommend it. It gave clear, easy to follow directions and it was also finished in an hour.

I have a few more books to recommend that I will share in a coming post.

These are adorable --- I love the fabrics you chose!! Any recommendations for a pattern or book with an easy easy little girl dress...plain a-line sort of dress, everday summer dress.
